In order to be able to keep the services at a continuously high level, AID Technische Dokumentationen GmbH & Co. KG has introduced a quality management system. After intensive project work we were able to successfully complete the certification procedures in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9002 with one of the most renowned certification bodies for service providers ''Deutsche Gesellschaft zur Zertifizierung von Managementsystemen (DQS)'', in January 2000. Meanwhile the certification was adapted to the new ISO 9001 : 2000 standard.
